At Perimeter Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of arrival.
