Fabricants Couleurs was inspired by a visit French artist Marie Angeletti made to the factories of PĂ©bĂ©o, an art paint manufacturer and creator of creative products for children and leisure activities. The artist visited the manufacturer's two main factories in France and China and worked alongside employees while simultaneously creating the body of work that populates this book. For this publication, Angeletti not only included her own work but also those of employees at both factories to create an insightful and dynamic body of work. Includes texts by Hans Ulrich Obrist, Estelle Blaschke, and Doreen Mende. Thanks to Edition Patrick Frey (Zurich).Â
